The Limo Impostors on Seinfeld
With George’s car broken down, he jokingly suggests that he and Jerry pretend to be O’Brien and his companion and take the limo waiting at the airport. The joke quickly starts sounding like a great idea and the two climb aboard for a free ride into Manhattan.
Seinfeld has a way of turning the smallest inconvenience into an unnecessarily elaborate scheme. For Jerry and George, getting stranded at the airport is apparently enough reason to assume someone else’s identity for a ride home.
