Beauty is pain, but this might be taking things a little too literally! On Doc, a patient desperate for a sharper jawline tries an extreme DIY technique: using a massage gun to reshape his face. Unfortunately, his quest for the perfect look lands him in the hospital.

Hoping to improve his appearance and boost his social status, the patient discovers the dangerous side of the viral “looksmaxxing” trend. What seemed like a shortcut to a more chiseled jaw becomes a painful lesson in why some beauty hacks are better left untried.
