Directed by Ridley Scott and based on Peter Heller’s bestselling novel, The Dog Stars stars Jacob Elordi as Hig, a young pilot who has built an isolated life alongside military survivalist Bangley, played by Josh Brolin. The film also features Margaret Qualley, Allison Janney, Benedict Wong, and Guy Pearce in a story about survival, hope, and the search for humanity.
The Dog Stars opens exclusively in theaters and IMAX on August 28, 2026.
