What starts as a dispute over home repairs quickly takes an uncomfortable turn when the video evidence comes into play. Judge Marilyn Milian wants answers, but the carpenter’s explanation raises even more questions. Bad workmanship is one thing. Getting caught where you don’t belong is another.
