Sharkboy and Lavagirl are back and all grown up. The sequel to The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl is titled We Can Be Heroes and features some new little heroes trying to save the world. Taylor Dooley is returning as Lavagirl, but missing is Taylor Lautner. Stunt actor JJ Dashnaw is taking over as Sharkboy. The official trailer just hit the web and has all the fun Robert Rodriguez trademarks you’d expect from a family superhero movie. We Can Be Heroes will premiere on Netflix Dec 25, 2020.
