Early Christmas morning, Paul (Paul Giamatti) buys a Christmas tree and gives presents to Angus (Dominic Sessa) and Mary (Da’Vine Joy Randolph). Angus is blown away by the holiday meal Mary has prepared for the trio. Paul reluctantly agrees to take Angus to Boston and labels the adventure as a “field trip”.

Synopsis:
