He firmly believes that Joe Biden has already crossed that threshold, but he’s mostly alone in this belief. Numerous legal scholars do not agree with his statements.
Although Trump is trying to blame Biden for the federal indictments he is facing, it’s important to note that these charges have been brought by grand juries in Georgia, Washington D.C., Florida, and Manhattan. It appears to be the result of investigations into his actions during his presidency.
As the expected Republican candidate for the upcoming 2024 presidential election, Trump is facing two federal indictments that he claims are politically motivated to hinder his reelection efforts. One indictment accuses him of conspiring to defraud the United States and obstructing official proceedings related to overturning the results of the 2020 election. The other indictment alleges that he falsified business records in relation to hush-money payments made to Stormy Daniels.
Trump has been a vocal critic of Biden, accusing him of “weaponizing” the FBI and the Department of Justice with these legal actions. He has expressed concerns about the state of political campaigns and referred to it as a “whole new Banana Republic.” There is no proof of these outrageous views.
