The legendary warriors of SEGA’s iconic video game are back in the official trailer for Golden Axe. Ax Battler, Tyris Flare and Gilius Thunderhead reunite to save Yuria from the evil giant Death Adder, who once again refuses to stay dead.
Their dangerous quest gets a lot more complicated when they’re joined by Hampton Squib, a wildly inexperienced adventurer whose dreams of becoming a hero far exceed his actual abilities. Despite their differences—and plenty of flaws—the unlikely team must work together to defeat Death Adder once and for all.
Golden Axe premieres September 16, 2026 on Paramount+.
