The immersive event transformed the historic grounds into a version of the show’s cursed island, bringing the strange world of Widow’s Bay to life for a special screening and party.
Created by Katie Dippold and directed by Hiro Murai, the Apple Original stars Matthew Rhys as the skeptical mayor of a supposedly cursed island who sees tourism as the answer to his community’s problems—even as supernatural warnings suggest otherwise.
The August 13 event also celebrated Widow’s Bay and its 19 Emmy nominations.
